Frequently Asked Questions
Therapy can raise questions - we welcome them. Here are some of the most common things people ask before getting started.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes. All sessions are fully confidential, in line with ethical and legal standards. We take privacy seriously and do not share information without your consent.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. Many clients come in unsure. Part of the process is finding out what you need - and what works for you.
How do online sessions work?
Sessions are held via secure video call. You’ll receive a link before each appointment. We recommend a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable speaking freely.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes. Reduced rates are available for students with valid student ID. Please reach out via email to discuss options.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes. You can request Raffaele or Leilani directly, based on your preference or therapeutic fit.
Do I have to be in Prague to start therapy with you?
No. Many of our clients are based outside Prague - including expats, international students, and remote professionals. Sessions are held online and accessible from anywhere.
What if I’ve already tried therapy and it didn’t work?
That’s more common than you think. Many of our clients have been in therapy before but felt misunderstood or dismissed. Our work is relational and grounded in depth - we meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure.
Do I need a diagnosis or referral to start?
No diagnosis or referral is needed. We work with individuals navigating all kinds of emotional experiences - whether or not you fit a clinical label. If you feel something isn’t right, that’s enough.
Still Have Questions?
You’re not alone. Feel free to reach out - we’re here to help you figure it out.
